Fortunately, I only came here to grab a few beers with some friends. I have no idea what the food tastes like but, as we were leaving, I saw a mouse scamper out of the kitchen and into the dining area. And no, I wasn't drunk. You've been warned.

Holy crap, I love this place!
I love their skewers! I love their Siu Long Bao! I love their sushi! But most of all... I love their giant, cool, refreshing smoothies!! Especially on a hot, hot day of trying to navigate my way around the crazy metro. The service is great. I ate there three times on my last visit haha. And it was mainly for the sui long bao and the smoothies. I think next time I'm in NY, I plan to try all the smoothies on their menu! |

If you ever eat at Je'Bon, only eat their sushi cause other food in this place is NOT GOOD.
Their sushi is one of the best sushis I've eaten in NYC although this is not even a Japanese restaurant nor a "sushi" place.
Whenever I crave for sushi I come here and get "Alaska" and "Special Salmon Roll".
Trust me, I live in the neighborhood and I tried a lot of sushis around in St. Marks... This place has the best. I always tip the sushi guy before leaving to show my appreciation. lol.
The interior is pretty nice and spacious! |

I only really come here for the sake slushies, for when I'm in for a light drink that won't make my knees buckle afterwards. The lychee and passion fruit slushies are pretty good; they're nice and sweet; if you're with underlings, they also have bubble tea for them -- however, they have never carded me, even though I look like a grade schooler. The hot sake was alright, if that's your thing (I just don't like hot alcoholic drinks). |

I read the last 2 reviewers and thought I'd give it a try. Big mistake. I shouldn't have expected anything good where japanese, thai and other cuisines are made by a sole national. The thai food wasn't really thai ingredients. The chinese food was fine, because it was made by Chinese people. Anyway, it was all around disappointing. The price wasn't even that cheap. Just average.
Anyway, not planning to go back.
